Move the photos back from where? If you are talking about Photoshop.com, that service has been shut down and it no longer holds your images. Your JPEG files would have been moved to Adobe Revel (if you did not opt out). Other file formats would have had to be downloaded back to your computer using either Elements Organizer, manually, or the downloading tool provided. If you used Elements Organizer to upload your images to Photoshop.com, they have been on your computer the entire time. The sync function between the two was meant as a backup, so copies of your files were uploaded while the originals remained on your computer.
