Arrow key in coding

In Classroom in a Book, under the section on "Inserting a Navigation Component," the following instruction

“1. Insert the cursor into the header. Click the <header> tag selector. Press the Right Arrow key.

The cursor now appears after the ending </header> tag.”

When I do that it just jumps to the next (or prior) selector.  It does not move in the code.... 

What am I doing wrong?
