I just wanted to bump this thread. If this can't be done, just let me know.
I found that if I publish it to a local server scorm type, I can make it so that the TOC stuff is completely unclickable when you come in which might have to be the way we go without a way to continue where you left off. I'd rather no use the functionality is it's really half brained like it seems to be. Thanks!
