Adobe Revel 2.3.2 for iOS Won't Install

Adobe Revel 2.3.2 was pushed to the Apple App Store today.  I am trying to install it on my non-jailbroken iPhone 5S and iPad Air, which are both running iOS 7.1.1.  In each of the following instances, the app will not install:

1) Trying to update the app directly on iOS

2) Deleting the app from the iOS device and trying to reinstall from the iOS App Store

3) Syncing the updated app from my iTunes library to the iOS device

4) Deleting the app from my iTunes library, re-downloading it to my iTunes library, and syncing the app from my iTunes library to the iOS device

5) Restarting the iOS devices and repeating the above

6) Signing out of the App Store and repeating the above

I'll note that all other apps are updating normally.
