How do I remove the region status from a container? Can I remove it in one breakpoint but leave it active in others?

I just started experimenting with the region feature, connecting text boxes in my default breakpoint. I don't see a way to remove the connection at other breakpoints. In fact I don't see a way to remove it at all, aside from Undo or restoring to an earlier save.

What am I missing?
