am logged in, subscription renewed june 26, but system still asks me to subscribe

I did not want my subscription to be renewed, did NOT receive any notification beforehand about the renewal, AND the system won't let me access exportpdf even if I am logged in (asks me to subscribe again!) Is this how you do business, adobe? Renewal should always be a client's option, and we should always be notified beforehand! I want this fixed NOW.
