Can't find "Flash Player logo below"

My Flash Player no longer works.  I have been trying to fix it with the directions on the site, but none work.

One directions states: "Try disabling hardware acceleration. Right-click the Flash Player logo below",

I don't see the Flash Player logo though...   any suggestions?
