You're all pretty solid and amazing. Thanks a bunch for helping. Preferences deleted. I had a lot of larger brushes loaded into my brush palette. Some were over 2048 across as I'm always working with higher res texture maps. Thinking that may be the culprit.
All I know is it feels like my old PS again. Thank you everyone you have helped greatly!
