Seems to be what I've come across. I'll usually run an export and test the time lapse in after effects. Find the first frame where everything goes bonkers, then fix by hand, or try auto again. Then export...repeat...repeat...repeat. Eventually you get them...or most of them fixed, but it's such a huge pain in the ***. I've wasted more hours on that tool than any other in any adobe program. Bummer really. You'd think there would be a better method for detecting similar spots for selection on something like this.
