Help making image move on rollover?

Hi all;

Quick question really.  I have a simple idea, but need a little help on executing it in muse.

My navigation is compromised of tab images I've created that sit at the top of my page:

What i'm wanting to do, is have these tabs slide down on rollover, like this:

Is this possible, if so, how do?
(I do have experience with Edge if need be, but if it can be done in Muse that would be great.)
