A.T. Romano helped me find the serial number for my licensed copy of Premiere Elements 10, I copied it from the Adobe web page, and pasted it into the new download setup box where it was asked for, and was informed it was an invalid serial number. This is the only product I have ever purchased directly from Adobe, and the purchase date matches when I started processing HD video and needed PE10 instead of PE7 (which was purchased eons ago via packaged disc). I really, really need to get this installed and running in the next 48 hours, can anyone help please? Thanks!
