Hi I can open all pdfs but not THIS one on THIS site.http://www.dss.gov.au/grants/children-and-parenting-support I can open all links but not the Application Form one. I have latest Reader installed. I am using Android device. I can open the link on my desktop but need it on my mobile device. I have saved to Dropbox and tried to open from there. Still no luck. PLEASE help.
