great, ty for the help. There should be a simpler way to save a jpg without exif metadata, rather than going through all these hoops. Adobe should add this feature as an option to save a file without exif. One reason is that saving a file for the web does not work at all for large size files, like 10 mb. I'm surprised that PS comes with so many arcane functions, and leaves out a simple and crucial one.
