There might be something wrong with your setup. Can you first try the basic steps once - Sign out, and quit from Creative Cluod App. Restart your system, and then open the Creative Cloud App. Goto the new apps section and install Flash Pro CC 2014 which is the latest available version. You need not update from the existing Flash Pro on your system as this is a full installer in itself.
