I was a little confused by your last message (not the one you sent today, but the one before that), and wondered if you had done something different than what I did. Following the instructions as I understood them from the link, what I disabled was the Google/Chrome flash player (it has the words "Google/Chrome" as part of its "location" description), NOT the Adobe player. Is that what you did? If not, I think you can go back and enable the one you disabled, and disable the Chrome player. If that is what you already did, sorry to hear it didn't work, and I don't know what else to tell you, except there MUST be an actual human being out there somewhere in the Adobe corporation that provides tech support.
