Well I didn't get a screen shot of the garbled button. The problems resolved the next day without any additional uploads. There was a period of time of odd things happening at BC when it comes to my testing server sites.

I found the Adobe System Catalyst Status page, Here are just some of the messages:

1. Some sites hosted on US DC are down

   1 day ago, Sunday, August 3, 2014, 2, GMT-5:00 (PDT US Time)  Some sites hosted on US DC are down. The frontend is affected while admin panel works. We are currently investigating the issue.Next update: 10 minutes.

2. [RESOLVED] Experiencing intermittent connection issues affecting all sites on all datacenters

   3 days ago, Friday, August 1, 2014, 10, GMT-5:00 (PDT US Time)  The connection issues have been resolved, all sites are back up and working properly.Engineering continue to actively monitor the system status.

3. [Intermittent] Experiencing intermittent connection issues affecting all sites on all datacenters

   3 days ago, Friday, August 1, 2014, 10, GMT-5:00 (PDT US Time)  We’re currently experiencing intermittent connection issues affecting sites on all datacenters, caused by a DDOS attack. Engineering is currently working to identify and blacklist IPs that we’re attacked from.
   
   Next update, in 20 minutes or less.

So three days ago, problems were going on, There are lots of notices like this and I think I got caught in some system failures. I ask what's up and you don't refer to this page at all? BC servers go down all the time and delays in showing uploaded files happen all the time. They work most of the time, but fail much more often than my other two hosting services that I pay for. So as a customer with direct comparison between server services I can conclude with confidence which service is best when it comes to reliability. So bc service over the last few months is in the category of poor. The service has not reached a reliability level sufficient to trust sharing with my clients.
