Although this is an old thread, I find it amazing that organisations are happy to update their Core Applications and operating systems to keep up with the current standard, but they are not happy with upgrading all the other applications which depend on those core apps. So where is the logic which says that it's ok to update the OS and MS office version and yet thinking that it's ok to leave their version of Adobe PDF creator on an old legacy and unsupported version. It's astonishing really. Office is a huge component, if it's updated then usually everything else needs updating too.
