Converting from frame animation to timeline(and back)- how to keep delay speed?

Hi,

Whenever I select delay seconds in frame animation mode then I switch to timeline mode, I notice that I lose the delay speed I had chosen(and I can see that it doesn't stay when I switch back to frame again).

I was wondering if there was some way I could preserve the delay speed I had chosen in frame animation mode to continue over in timeline mode.
