I have the same issue with my Complete Creative Cloud membership after upgrading from Photoshop Photography plan. Moreover, when I launch Lightroom it says that Lightroom Mobile subscription expired and the weird thing when I go to my account online I see 3 memberships as follows:
- Photoshop Photography which is expired
- Creative Cloud Complete (annual) which is active
- Creative Cloud free membership which is active as well!
I tried to use Lightroom mobile on my iPhone but I'm getting the same error (Subscription expired). I contacted Adobe chat and they are unable to solve the problem even after transferring the conversation to the technical team. I'm really disappointed with creative cloud. I really need this issue to be solved as soon as possible and your support is much appreciated.
