I downloaded creative cloud, the photoshop app and the Lightroom app through adobe, no serial number given. when I open photoshop its asking for a serial number, what serial number? I went through the help on the adobe website, and it said I shouldn't need a serial number to login, but I need to activate my account with a redemption code, where do I get a redemption code? It was never emailed to me, is it in my account somewhere?
