I too have suffered this issue for the past 2 days. It is my main software program so I completely share marklucas' frustration. These programs need to be reliable and seamless - this is not!! I am running Indesign CC 2014 on a Windows 8 PC. Have tried uninstalling, using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstalling - still freezes on startup when it reaches 'starting up trackers'. Surely this needs to be fixed by Adobe asap?!?!? It's costing us time, money and credibility in our businesses. It's not good enough to have something working one minute then completely unusable the next.
