Download exe from "http://get.adobe.com/cn/flashplayer/" and copy it to another machine, it can' be installed

  I have two machine which has same settings, one machine can't be connected to internet, so when i want to install adobe reader, i use the about 1 M exe downloaded from another same setting machine, but it can't be installed, I wonder why, thanks!
