I am suspecting that you have posted in the wrong forum. Is your "Elements 12" = Photoshop Elements 12 or Premiere Elements 12? Your thread has found its way into the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum (video editing).
If I am correct in my guess about which program you have, please re-post your thread in the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forum.
