I would contact this Software City Customer Service and sort out the details with it. If you cannot, then ask for your money back. I believe that it is
the only one who can help you since it was the seller.
I suspect that you are working through this "Adobe Worldwide Licensing Website" because of the nature of the Software City discounted software business.
We are not Adobe here. Rather user to user. And, since Adobe is not the seller in your case, I do not believe it can help you.
