Strange issue using brushes and stamp: First usage in a picture caused sometime erratic paint trail?!

HI!

Since Photoshop CS6, Photoshop CC and now also in Photoshop CC 2014 I have a strange behaviour of my brush and stamp (healing, clone...):

After I created or opened a new image, sometimes if I use a brush or a stamp the first time during this editing session, it causes a erratic trail beginning somewhere on the left top or bottom part of Photopshop to my for contact point of the picture.

Does someone else also such a strange behaviour?

I use Photoshop with Windows 7 (64 Bit) and Wacom 3 Graphie (CTE-430; Sapphire).

I had this issue already with

• Photoshop CS6
• Photoshop CC
• Photoshop CC 2014

Any idea how to get rid of this strange behaviour?
