Recently when I log in to the back end, the customer records don't display in the CRM unless I run a search for a specific customer or case under the "search" screen. It shows that there ARE records (611 to be exact), but none of the names display. I was assuming this is some kind of browser issue, but I have updated my browsers and tried viewing in both chrome and safari. I am including a screen shot for reverence. Has anyone else run into this issue? I am assuming there is something I am missing. . .
