I mentioned Google Drive because the download document from the link you posted earlier resides at https://sites.google.com/site/amargoyal/home/swf/ProofReadingSampleJOBJUNGLE.pdf?attredire cts=0 - which is not actually Google Drive, but Google Sites.
If you have successfully downloaded the document, and if you have the Acrobat trial installed, then you can try to perform the conversion yourself, using the instructions I have posted earlier.
Or what you could do is to OCR the document, then do the proofreading in the resulting PDF using Acrobat.
