GOOD MORNING , WELL I`VE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH DELL THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON OUR PROBLEM FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS . THEY SAID IT`S NOT THERE PROBLEM BECAUSE IT`S SOFTWARE THAT BELONG TO ADOBE . I TOLD THEM THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX FOR OVER 2 WEEKS AND THAT YESTERDAY I GOT THEM ( DELL ) TO UP GRADE MY VIDEO CARD/GRAPHICS CARD DRIVER . WELL THEY SAID I`LL HAVE TO RING BACK TOMORROW AFTERNOON .
