proxy with SSL interception and https://creative.adobe.com/

In our Business infrastruction we are using proxy ( BlueCoat ) doing SSL Interception ( AV scan over HTTPS )

Something goes wrong with  the : https://creative.adobe.com/ service just after the authentication and .
Any suggestion /Tips ?
