Is 'Keep with next' possible?

Hi,

We have the option for 'Keep with Previous' in indesign at 'Paragraph Style Options', as like that can we create script for 'Keep with next'.

For instance some 'H1' styles are stands in page end, due to some spacing problem after para will never come with H1. 'Keep with next' Is this possible by script?
