I want to cancel my unapproved subscription within 30 day period but cant get hold of anyone!!!!!

I am writing this as an official note so that adobe can see that I have tried, when I call up on Monday. I have spent hours trying to find a means to contact someone.

 

I have just discovered that my subscription was renewed WITHOUT NOTICE and the main concerning fact was that I am now being charged AN INCREASE RATE WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. Adobes customer service section says that when doing this we will always be informed first. I was not.


I do not wish to leave adobe but as a student I simply cannot afford to pay the new amount being charged to me. It is extremely disappointing to not have been notified of this change.

Unfortunately I did not realise that I was on a new subscription, and the 30 day period to cancel without having to pay 50% of the year contract ends tomorrow. this is a weekend and I obviously can't get hold of adobe as a result.

 

I am very very upset about the lack of communication. I did not agree to a new subscription at a different price. I would have happily renewed at the old price. If I am charged for breaking a contract for a new subscription at a new price which I did not agree to I will be very disgusted.

 

Please understand my situation.
