adobe signature gives error code when document is within an adobe portfolio. Previously always worked. Now, unable to route Adobe documents for signature within a portfolio.

Need help with adobe signatures that will not work when the document is stored in an adobe portfolio.  Gives error message,  same document will sign perfectly when outside the portfolio.
