PDF created in Illustrator is freezing for 4-5 seconds while scrolling

Hi,

Pls help me.

When I scrolled down the exported PDF from AI, it got pause like 4-5s. I did add some curve I found on freepik as background (about 1000 curves). Is this the reason why the pdf got pause?

I did try some resize but it didn't work well.

Is there anyway to make it load like instant when I scroll down?
