Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. If I get your query, PDF created in Illustrator is freezing for 4-5 seconds while scrolling. If yes, I would request if you can share a few more details:

  • Which application you are using to open PDF?
  • What is the file size of the PDF?
  • In addition to the suggestions shared by Monika, you can try saving the PDF without selecting "Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities". This option saves all Illustrator data in the PDF file.

PS: Please keep a copy of original .ai or .pdf file in case you want to edit it later.

PDF created in Illustrator is freezing for 4-5 seconds while scrolling

Hi,

 

Pls help me.

 

When I scrolled down the exported PDF from AI, it got pause like 4-5s. I did add some curve I found on freepik as background (about 1000 curves). Is this the reason why the pdf got pause?

 

I did try some resize but it didn't work well.

 

Is there anyway to make it load like instant when I scroll down?

 

Hope someone can help me solve this problem

Bonjour,

 

c'est effectivement étrange. Peut-être est-ce parce que Premiere est passé de MME a ASIO dans les options de gestion de carte son ?

(Préférences > Matériel Audio).

 

Il est également possible (si vous êtes sous Windows) qu'une mise à jour de Windows ai modifié le driver de la carte son ce qui fait que Premiere est moins heureux. J'ai déjà rencontré ce soucis avec ma carte son externe, et j'ai du installé des drivers mis à jour pour solutionner le problème.

Sorry that Creative Cloud is deleting your keyboard shortcut file. I'd like to understand your query better. May I know why are you keeping the keyboard shortcut .psp file on the Creative Cloud storage? Where exactly are you saving these files, are you keeping it in the "Creative Cloud files" folder?

User preferences and settings are generally not preserved between major versions. There are many reasons for this, but the most important one is that architectural changes in the application may render the prefs files unreadable/meaningless/inapplicable/incomplete.

 

In other words - there's no guarantee your previous preferences/settings will work in the new version.

 

Another thing is that user preferences easily get corrupted over time, because they are rewritten every time you close the application. So it might not be such a bad idea to start with a fresh set.

 

This is at most once a year. It usually takes me about ten minutes to set the application up when a new one arrives. And by then, it happens that I change my mind about a few things.

Is it possible to create a flat vector style 360 video?

I am trying to figure out a way to create a 360 video that can be accessed online and allow the user to look around the scene/environment. When I work in Unity 3D and Cinema4D I wrap a texture onto a sphere but with After Effects I see that there is a way to create a 360 video with the VR Comp Editor. Is it possible to make such a video purely with flat illustrative artwork? If so I would greatly appreciate some direction on this. If I have to work in Cinema that's fine however, I would still need to know how to set up the movie (dimensions etc) in order for it to wrap correctly.

Thank you very much for your answer Abambo. No, I don't think the moderator is making a mistake. It clearly says that the pictures were rejected because of intellectual property. Now already 2 times. Unfortunately one cannot take up contact to the moderators. And the pictures are very different. Why should pictures from the year 2016 be taken perfectly and pictures from the year 2019 not? There must be a way to tell the viewer this. With Shutterstock this is also possible.

Why should 5 pictures be different from 145 others? They are all photos of the same light and water features. The logic is impossible. If a few pictures are not taken because they are similar, I can understand that. But they take 5 almost identical pictures. And not the rest? Where's the logic?

There is no big mystery about editing raw images. Just start doing it! It's the same process, you just have a few extra options and a lot more flexibility. There is nothing to be afraid of, in my opinion.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the functionality specifically intended for this purpose... the Audio Track Mixer allows you to apply an effect to an entire track of your Sequence.

So to clarify, if I needed Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign for only one month, it'd cost me $80, and expire in 30 days with no recurring expense after that.  Correct?

Thanks! In my case, I'm usually editing down a 10-20 minute raw file to a 30-60 second select for submitting to clients. Most times I know exactly where in the waveform all the good pieces are, and I work very quickly. Fortunately, my computer's power hasn't been a bottleneck. Everything plays back in realtime with no issues. Minus this one, which I believe has been resolved, so I'll mark my answer as "correct". Thanks for changing the title! ID-10-T error.

I'm doing something wrong.

 

I have text fields named "10" to "19", I copied the script, but it doesn't work.
