As the topic suggests, I had a business partner walk off with the CDs and serial number. All I have left is the box.
Luckily I had the product registered so I am able to get the downloads and serials back through the Adobe Profile system, however it greatly annoys me that the individual will be able to install this on their computer at my expense (which was a lot of money when I bought it).
Is there any way I can get a new serial number and render the older one invalid?
I have all the needed to proof to show that this is indeed a product I purchased (invoice, bank statement, bank proof of payment, certified ID documents and bank letter stating I own the account, picture of an empty box ).
