When you look in Finder, are you looking in subfolders?
I still await your statement of which version of Lightroom you are using, what operating system you are using, and other relevant information requested in the FAQ I linked to. I'm going to be persnickety and cantankerous now. This is basic fundamental information and in my mind it is required.
