This was very helpful and I was able to create a "jobCount" field that generates a new number each time I open the document.
However, once I "save-as", whenever I reopen the form the counter changes again. Is there a way to stop the counter once you save the document. In other words, I only want the counter to change when I open the original form (or template if you will)
