Re: Tracking completion if users view slide to the end
Earlier versions of Captivate only marked a slide as complete once viewed to the very last frame. More recent versions of the app mark the slide as viewed once entered.

Try the following. Hold Down the ALT+CTRL keys an whild holding them down start Photoshop. That should caus Photoshop to pop-up the Scratch Disk dialog. Make sure to set some disk(s) that has free space.
