Thank you for your reply. I downloaded the FM from a link Adobe sent me via email after my company purchased it. It was not through creative cloud, a mistake I made in last post.
I uninstall FM and re-install again. But there was no alert boxes at all. And I sill couldn't do "Save book as PDF".
My Mp4 exports were looking different than my MOV timelines when exported through Media Encoder. I switched the setting in ME preferences: "Import sequences natively", and my exports looked correct. No idea why it works but it did for me. It got rid of my captions, but that's the next step I guess.

You can apply some effects to the objects and even do some custom paths - HOWEVER, if you move an object that is set for the rest of a project - you are going to end up with some weird results such as seeing two of your object on the stage. One in the original position and one in the new position.
If you want to do some custom movements - I would use separate objects in that case.

Would be helpful to see the actual query and schema definition, but from error, I can tell, that it expects the group element to be presented in temp:group schema and it is not there. So there should be an error in XTK expression.
Thanks Kapil. I was able to identify the invalid delivery templates (Facebook, Twitter, SMS,,etc). I deleted them and was able to remove the invalid folder. I'm not getting any error messages now..

Hi All,
I am trying to make very large drawings which involve lots of overlaying symbols. I am having trouble getting the coloring correct though.
I have made a library of tree symbols using black stroke and white fills to allow for upper trees to block out any areas beneath them. I was then hoping to Multiply the tree layer over a background which will be a blend of many colors. This works well when using a black stroke. The issue comes when I make the tree stroke a colour, resulting in different end results after multiplying.
I need a way of having a consistent tree colour while the background colour changes. Any ideas? If it helps, I can expand all the trees out to individual lines or even all fills prior to attempting to Multiply.
I have tried Edit > Edit Colors > Recolour Artwork with no success. To me its like I somehow need to 'flatten' the artwork after multiplying the trees when they are balck and then doing this recoloring?
See image below for the steps I've describes, the colors are just representative and I have used two block colors rather than a gradient to more clearly show the difference in color after multiplying.

There are lots of different ways to do any one task in Photoshop. Here is what I think might be the most straightforward method with how you have your image set up. Before we start, it can help to go to Edit > Tools... and make sure Show Tooltips are turned on.
With your layers as they were at the end of your video...
1. In the Layer panel, click on the layer with the shape you combined that you want to select inside and make transparent (I believe it was labeled "Inside")
2. Select the Quick Selection Tool (keyboard shortcut W)
3. Drag inside the shape. The Quick Selection Tool will make a selection of the area up to the edge of the black outline (the area you want to be transparent)
4. Select the gray shape layer in the Layer panel (I think it's the layer labeled "Outside")
5. Go to the bottom of the Layer panel and click the 3rd icon from the left to create a layer mask (When a layer mask is applied to a layer, anywhere there is black the pixels in the layer won't show up, and anywhere it's white the pixels will show up. Levels of gray in the mask will affect the opacity of the image).
6. We're close but not there yet. The layer mask is masking the opposite of what we want (the outside portion is hidden and the inside is still showing). To swap the black and white, make sure the layer mask is still selected and go to Image > Adjustments > Invert.
The gray shape should now be transparent inside of the area outlined in black.
Let me know if you get stuck or need help understanding any of the terms I used or any of the steps.
A couple more bits of data:
1) This is the error message I'm getting from ID. I always get the "Custom Layout settings..." message, so it can't be that. The "External Text Anchor..." message might be the problem, but I have double-checked every link in the document, and they're all good.
2) After I click "OK" on the "Book Conversion Failed" dialog, Kindle Previewer opens this Excel file, which I've never seen it do before, and which I cannot comprehend, especially as it contains the contradictory message "Book conversion successful":

Logs show only messages if they are not empty. If the component call logError() but do not provide any actual error, you will not see the error message in the log.
Select the component, click on Display the tasks and logs button:
In the bottom window, select the task that has failed and double-click on it. It will open a new window with task info that will provide more context.
My Picture does not have your Photoshop system information how could it.

A video was recorded without audio. The audio was recorded on another computer.
I can't seem to marry the audio and video tracks in Premiere. They start out in sync on the timeline, but by the time you get to the end of the video, about 27 minutes, they are about 30 seconds apart.
Is there any way to make this work? Thanks.
Yes. I had cancelled it when it was no longer needed. I was trying to reactivate it a few days ago, but was getting the error. I found a different way to complete my project though, so no longer need the images i was trying to buy.
If you click on the button I circled in red in the first screenshot, the opacity mask is in the 2nd screenshot circled in red.
