Same. MacbookPro, latest OS, latest Acrobat DC update, crashes after 15 seconds... been like that for months.
Trying restarting, reinstalling, erasing preferences, used the stupid cleaner tool, removed AcrobatDC entirely, same issue. Works for 15 seconds then hangs permanently with a spinning beachball. Unresponsive, have to force-quit.
I use Acrobat every day for my publishing job, and no fix evident. I administer all Adobe products for my organisation. Come on Adobe, let's have some customer service.

here's another way that yields accurate results
make a copy of the segment you want to add the 3" notch to (or just make a cut the 3" starting anchor then re join when done)
I made a copy of it and added an arrowhead just to note direction and where the segment ends
We're going to use an Art brush, so create a 3.25" horizontal line and add a vertical notch 3" from from the start.
Select both the 3.25" line and the vertical notch and created a new Art Brush. On the Scale Options, choose Stretch Between Guides and enter 3" Start and 3.25" end. Click OK.
Select your segment and apply the newly created brush
Go to Object->Expand Appearance Menu
Notice the path got expanded into 3 objects, your original segment, the notch and the arrowhead
the Notch is created at the 3" mark and an anchor point was added to the segment. I just cut it with the Scissors Tool to measure it.

MPB plugged in or not, there is no change in the non performance. Just also saw another thread in this direction, so it seems something we all experience. I did install also everything again, still the same issue of getting stuck. Also I tried merging in LR CC, same issue. For the moment the only way is to use the merge function in PS.

Re: Framemaker 2019 HTML5 publishing downscales my images
There are publishing settings for HTML5 (at least in 2015 FM) that allows you to control a "preferred width" of the images. As well as an option to "Generate Images in Distiller". I am not sure if they have any control over pdfs, but it did resolve my similar issue in the past where images in my HTML5 export were noticeably smaller in dimension and had an inline styling of width="80%" applied.
Does your pdf image/content within your anchored frame get exported to HTML as an image format .jpg .png, or is it still a .pdf?

question saving images in LR for blurb book
I just made my first blurb book through LR. when I was exporting the book to blurb, it said there were 3 images that had transparency and would not be included in the book. When I googled this issue, I found that this probably happened because I needed to flatten a couple images and try to reimport. I don't know how to flatten it any further. I flatten my image after editing in PS, but then it still has a tiff name when I save it back to LR. I can't find anywhere in LR where I can flatten it further or change the file type if that's what needs to happen. It doesn't even happen every time I use PS. Is flattening the image in photoshop prior to saving back to LR not enough?
Should I save as a jpeg and then reimport it to LR from my desktop? If I "save as" and make it a jpeg, it looks like it's saving it in LR, but it doesn't show up there. Hope this makes sense and thank you!

Figured I'd chime in here. I too have been following this issue, for what I want to say is 2+ years or so at this point. Was pretty frustrating even after multiple clean reinstalls, but I've managed to settle into a place where it doesn't seem to be bothering me as much.
I can't say for sure, but what I've done lately is not outright DELETE or RENAME any of the pre-made workspaces that come with Premiere. If there's a panel I don't ever use (like Learn), I move it into the Hidden or Overflow area. In the case I make a workspace similar to another one but rename it (I call one of my workspaces "Logging"), I hide the original, and create my new one.
I have to check when I get back home because I can't remember what all of my hidden panels are at home, but I recall that after deleting certain pre-made workspaces, that's when I noticed workspaces getting completely reset.
It's still not flawless: for example, opening different projects tends to have the Project panel pop-out randomly until I fix and resave the workspace. Not sure if Project panels are specifically remembering the name of the project or something - and I haven't been able to find a fix for that.
HOWEVER, I am not getting any complete resets of my workspace configuration. My top bar (knock on wood) has remained the same, and my custom workspaces are staying as is (minus the occasion project panel pop like I said).
Figured I'd pass that along in the event people get this issue consistently: try not deleting any pre-made workspaces and see if that helps?

No problem! I can't say this is with any certainty what is going on, but if it is a contributing factor I'd love to say that finally 2 years later there's some sort of grasp of what the heck is going on!
I base the theory off of the fact that, if workspace configurations were to reset, they would always happen upon booting Premiere again after closing it. The same thing would always happen:
- Workspaces I modified but kept the name same (Editing) would be untouched
- Workspaces I created with new names would be put into Overflow (I think)
- Preloaded workspaces that didn't exist would be restored and put into the top bar
Maybe at startup, Premiere does a check for all factory workspaces and if one doesn't exist (based off of name), it does a failsafe and puts back any missing preloaded workspaces back? I'd be curious as to if other people have noted the same behavior as well.

なおCS4の動作保証はWindows 7が最終なので、それ以降のOS利用の場合は動作保証外扱いになります。

レコーダーで再生し、テレビで視聴出来ました。メニューも正常に動作しました。
※私が購入したのは、昨年のモデルですので最新モデルは型番等が変更になっているかも知れません。

We have a similar use case and are trying to apply logic similar to what is seen here and this HelpX tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/htl_tab_component.html. To my newbie eyes it looks like it may be depend on ACS AEM Commons to store data as JSON. Is this correct or am I misinterpreting? Thanks in advance for your help!
